    an anyone give me idea how much it will cost
    to build a house like this and pila ang sqm sa lot need naku for this?
    1 storey lang
    tho di paman nuon jud karon maybe 2 years from now..
    i hope anyone could help me..

    Kinsa naa kaila nga contractor/mason/panday nga affordable and maayo motrabaho? Kabasa man gud ko na 40-45% sa cost of material dapat ang labor. Then naa man gud contractor nianhi sa amo, almost 80-90% sa cost of material iya pangayo. Amo naunta pasugdan but nakabasa man ko ani na thread so gaduha2 na ko. Please if naa mo nabalan, please inform me. Thanks.

    Pwede patabang naa bamo idea. I just bought a 50 sqm meter lot sa labangon dn ako plano is ako sya himoon apartment. Kay gamay rman anh kot im planning nga i 3 story sya kaya raba sa 50 sqm na lot kung tukoran ug 3 storey? Dn ang plano is per storey kay isa ka uunit dn ang style murag 1bdr unit nga condo ba.. so mahug nga 3 ka unit tanan kay pataas. Ako budget kay 1M to 1.5M sakto naba ni or kuwang pa? Salamat and if naa mo kaila nga arch or makatabang im open for sugeestions. salamat

    depends sa mo design and finishing bro..... so i think 500k per floor is ok ....

    Thanks. kana 500k per floor kay mapuy an nana naa nana rooms and toilet and flooring and paint? Simple rman ang design murag style btaw sa 2 bedroom unit sa condo so basically 2 bedroom 1 toiler and shower kitchen dn living room and dining.

    House construction, I pay my 11 workers with daily wage of
    Skilled 350/day
    semi skilled 300/day
    helpers between 210 -250 /day

    we give them free snacks morning/afternoon and lunch so they will work faster and with quality of work.
    5 months na and we are satisfied withe progress of the construction.
    157 sq/m per floor.

    anyway, anybody knows where to buy carpet tiles like this? 50x50 or 45x45
    surplus or cheap brand new.
