problem with my genuine xp home edition..pls help!

anyone here have a backup cd of windows xp home edition? because i formatted my laptop and i thought the hidden recovery for factory settings is not in drive c..becuase i tried to install a service pack 3 and when i tried to recover to factory defaults it can't recover anymore.. and i forgot to write a backup cd for it.. anyone can help me? i can use my serial number here coz i believe i can use another cd using my serial.. by the way i'm using an acer aspire laptop that's why it's softwares were just inside the drive..

hmmmm, you mean OEM licensed XP Home Edition? and you mean the installer of your XP Home Edition is in the drive already?

im working with MS and have these issues evryday.. what you can do is call us thu MS.. 8009365700 and have another PK generated for you... and it will work on your OS and not have that problem anymore..
