would it be possible nga above manila rate ko since akong BIR RDO Code transfer to manila area..
pero cebu ghapon ko assign?

sample
manila minimum = 500 (No Tax) above 500+ (w/ Tax) para sa BIR.
pero Cebu ko assign.

below Manila minimum ba kaha ko?
