Ky ako ni resign 2012 nov. then gi.pabalik after 7-8months 2013 aug..
Unsa status nato pag.balik
anyone have an idea ky noob kaayo ko ani...

ky nag.libog ko sa status nko ron ngita lang ko idea sa uban..

Q:
1.balik ba jud ta ana sa premero?

2.regular man ko before di d i ko ka avail ug mga BL ug uban pa?

You can actually negotiate things ana.

Since they need you more than you need them, mo-offer na sila og mas higher pay compared sa imong level last time.
Probably pod, a little higher position. Pwede pod ka ma-regular diretso plus leave days if willing sila.

Sa ako experience man gud, 1 year after ko gi-tawag nila aron pabalikon.
I was given a higher gamy nga position + higher pay + regular diretso + leaves & bonuses.
Wala na gani ko ni-negotiate kay ang ako man ex-Amo ang ni-negotiate for me.

Pero ang bottom line ani, imo ba dawaton ang ilang offer or dili?

mas higher pay noun and postion also.
pero about deritso regular and leave plus bunos la man mi magka.nego about ana..

then now i'm full IT Technician and assign at office.
