    Default Need Advice: Heart Palpitation During Exercise

    Hello,

    I am a brazillian jiujitsu practitioner and crossfit person, once in a while i get palpitations which removes my energy drastically. I never had this ever since i tried drinking a few years ago, so i occasionally drink coffee or any caffeine products thinking that it was one of the reasons the cause of my palpitations.

    What happened now is that i drank coffee last week because i needed to, and when i was doing corssfit i got palpitations.

    Can you give me advice for situation? Is there any substitution for drinking coffee that gives me energy for my work?

    mahilig sad ko coffee, before running or any sport coffee jud na.
    once ra ko naka try anang nagpalpitate. nag tumar ko ug amino plus
    extra joss.

    substitute would be water kay walay kontra pero murag kuwang sa power
    just try some flavored drinks, gatorade or powerade

    I think there are work-out supplements for energy that are caffeine-free.

    boss, adivise nko nimo, ayaw pagtumar ug energy drinks or powder.... kundi, basin uwahi na ang pagbasol..

    OnT: brad @lea_executiveapartelle , dili ko tigkape, but if mangape ko, while resting, i got palpitations also... and usahay, wala ra pd palpitations... murag nabag-uhan..

    dgahan reasons for palpitation bro,try to consult a doctor para masur nmo kng unsa hjd ang reason ana..

    Are you drinking coffee PRIOR to working out? If you are, caffeine is likely the cause of your palpitations. Usually, dili rani siya harmful... BUT, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to get yourself checked by a physician because anything related to your heart should not be taken lightly.
