2 months no internet connection, way dialtone amo landline... cge mi reklamo, ingnon lang tag ok sa ila system!!! tubagon pa tag "i-try ang basic troubleshooting sir..." ahak nalang aning taga globe, balig 2 months pud among bill! wa jud mi ka gamit! among ipadisconnect hasulon pa jud mi! piskot nalang ani nila!

PLAN 1299 amo globe + landline,, years na mi in-ani then karon semana perte na hinaya ky ang 2mbps kun gabie abot na lng ug 0.1mbps,, naunsa namn tawn ang globe, naa na daw cap ron 10GB per day?

Actually, 5 GB na siya per day kung plan 1299 imoha. Plan 999 is capped at 3 GB per day. I forgot na sa ubang plans.

The TRUTH and BULLS**T about globe dsl.

1. I got 3mbps sub with Phone, solo use. After several hours even say 20hours It slows down to <1mbps.

2. CALLED Tech Support - They told me I got CAP with a daily use of 7G/day as allowance as per "Usage Policy" for 3MBPS Sub.

3. Here comes the BS part - they told me got cap already right? You know what? I HAVE A F'IN BANDWITH MONITOR - Screenshot by Lightshot

4. Called them back and informed them about this and they told me they will go and RESET my cap. I mean seriously WTF?? They told us that EVERY 12Midnight there will be an "AUTOMATIC RESET". Yeah Right, my a$$. Now, one of their TSR told me, the auto reset is now done @ 2am. EVENSO, LETS SAY I GOT CAP'D @ 7G! still, NO F'IN AUTO-RESET!!! Di raba mo REBATE if walay JOB ORDER kadto nga complain!!!

P.S Kapila na ni nahitabo! mao nga di nlang ko manawag kay kabalo nko sa mga bullcrap ipang rason sa mga animal. Magrecord ko next via Phone.

swap kog PLDT kun moabot nag duha ka buwan ang ako byranan nga bill sa globe.. bawos2x lang.

mga boss asa n u mga location?,.. i hear basak to tabunok daw daot ang GLOBE na connection... sight waiting for PLDT installation ko its 2 weeks before ko nag apply wala pa japn ang PLDT>.

installed a 2mbps w/ landline , 3 days ago. P1299 . .. but so far , my speeds test only get .50mpbs the most. ... ma reset ba ni nila. need pa ba ta tawagan cla , , as i know bisa unsa na dsl provider sa country puros batig feedback hehe ..
