7.1 is currently in beta for developers. It promises to fix the lag issues especially on older devices.
Also re jailbreak, don't expect to have anything for new devices like the iPad air, iPhone 5s, and iPhone 5c. The iOS7 jailbreak for older devices has been in testing for a couple of months now but they have not released it publicly yet. I think they are still looking for a userland level exploit to make it usable for mainstream users.

Okay ra ang Assistive touch. Pero mu slow-mo ang uban games if naka on ang Assistive Touch. A classic example is the Minion Rush game. Aside from that, okay ra man ang tanan.

I'm currently trying out iOS 7.1 beta. So far, everything is running smoothly.
