    whenever I'm disappointed? If I'm disappointed with other people, as much as possible I still try to understand how people can sometimes, if not most of the times, let you down. when I run out of rationalities, I eat ice cream, watch a movie, play whack that animal, play basketball, sing out loud. I do stress relievers to relieve myself of that feeling.

    That way, I can clear my mind and entertain more productive ideas.

    Go out, drink with friends, get wet and dirty for 1 day or few hours lang. Palabay lang sa time gud. After that I would say "There's always a rainbow after the rain"
