Tiny help with my pc, other software not working.

hi istorya,

my 2k14, HON wont work, i tried to reformat the unit, i tried using driver scanner to update the GPU, but its already up to date.

any ideas why this happen? before i'm playing this games, but a month or 2, this happens.
please post if what shud i do?
