    Default Kanang dakog lawas (body builder) maayo jud sumbagay?

    Curious lang ko ba. Advantage ba nila ang bulk sa ila bukton? Naa man gud ko amiga dugay na mi close kaayo dayon kaning iyang bag-ong uyab na selosong dakog lawas murag lain man tinan-awan nako murag nang hasi ba, makita ra man sa mata na gigamayan siya nako. Small-framed man ko around 101 lb. ra intawon ako timbang pero naa ko training MMA mga 2 times a week. Di man sa kay makig-away ko........nangutana lang what if ba...


    Kung iyang pagka dakog lawas tungod sa MMA training regimen, aw lain na pod ng topic.hehehe

    Itloga brad, walay maayong laki ug maigo ang itlog. Ug dili jud madala kay "stand straight,breathe in breathe out, bend down, take you slippers/shoes off, run like hell". Dili na kaapas nimo kay dako man kahag lawas.

    di man na sa lawas bai, sa conditioning.. og MMA man kaha ka? concentrate ka'g Jiu Jitsu? kahibaw ka sa concept ana?

    hinay lihok basta dakog lawas.. unless if slim built then solid then form lawas murag brucelee naa tanan power, accurate.. sa og paspas... kaysa dako sa lawas.
