this mindset that insist we should excuse and not criticize PNoy for his blunders because he holds a difficult job as president is primarily the reason why our country is the sick man of Asia. You will never find this kind of apologetic BS for the government in Japan or South Korea, that's why they are what they are, and that's why we are what we are. As a constituent, it is you're obligation that you get results and not just the "best" out of PNoy. I've never seen people give excuses for their president like this, but in hindsight, at least I get the idea why the Philippines is crap relative to her neighbors. While it's illogical to investigate whether the death toll is accurate or not, the truth of the matter is there are casualties. And suing the Local Government Unit particularly the mayor is completely BS. I thought, with Mar & Gasmin's presence in the area, necessary precautions were in placed, alternative procedures were considered with great assumptions that they already tapped the local authorities regarding the aforementioned.

And now here comes that the mayor will be sued administratively... And since 20 of almost 200+ PNP personnel ra ang nakaduty right after Yolanda made landfall, should the DILG be held accountable too, since PNP is under DILG, not to mention that LGU is spareheaded by none other than Mar Roxas?
