Hi. Ako company ba kai based sa US. Nea naa mi online stores. Karun we transferred office from Mandaue to Keppel Center Ayala. Patabang ko ba kai amo voip phones nga polycom kai di na mugana. Ni tawag mi sa 8x8 service niya nea ni ana ilang tech nga dapat daw e bridge amo modem. I have no freaking idea how to do this kai dili ko tech savvy. Amo ISP kai PLDTBiz. The problem man gud kai ang ako boss sa America ni ana nga ang problema kai dili sa phone but sa ISP namo dapat daw epachange ang modem into plain modem not the one with built-in wifi nga modem kai ang phone namo di daw mugana ana...so nag ask kog help sa PLDT to request nga ipa change ang amo modem but ni ana man pud ilang tech support nga ok rana amo modem for voip phones karun naglibog ko kung asa ko mutuo, sa tech support sa pldt or sa akong boss nga tech savvy. I really need help. Very desperate here. Feel nako mawagtangan kog job if di ni nako ma accomplish. :/

I don't think that built in wifi type of modem (according to your boss) has something to do with this kind of issue, it's not because of the type of modem..there is something wrong with the configurations.
