Baguio city december information.

We will be in Baguio this December 23 to Dec 27 for our family vacation.

What do you think is more convenient?
a) rent a car from Manila so we can drive our way to/and all over Baguio and back to Manila.
b) ride the bus, rent a car within Baguio (suggestions of any car company, please).
c) ride the bus, maybe you know of anyone who has a personal rent-a-car service. for 7 pax.

Any good Noche Buena dinner in the area? We have thought of Camp John Hay's but their dinner ends at 12. We can't make it since we have to hear Christmas Mass at the cathedral by 12mn of 25. Family tradition. Looking for other options.
