Flyover ra gyud and solosyon dinha sama sa eskina Manpower.
It's useful, worth the hassle and wait
It's useless, there's still traffic!

tha mayor of cebu is the one nga nag padali sa flyover..and once the construction starts business will slow down in that area ky most people will avoid traveling sa banilad area. free flowing after ma construct ang flyover but only dha ra sa foodland area ang free flowing ky inig abot sa bridge near sa countrymall mag trafic ghapon.. carefull planning lng unta ni nla para dli ma sayang ang funds gamiton ani...but of cors immediate action is also needed ky grabe na ang trafik dha. usa nko sa na affected ani ky nag puyo ko sa banilad mandaue and my work is naa sa IT park.
sa interview ni cong. del mar. fly over and road widening will push through, country mall and uc banilad and btc ni ok na nga padak-an ang loading area diha dapita para free ang road sa mga sakyanan og deritso2x nah...
the construction will take 6-8 months, so kamo mga taga talamban og taga banilad co-operate mo ayaw mo pang yam-id sa goberno.. may gali nah na-a plano diha wala mo pasagdi.. kaysa kurakuton na nila tanan budget.. or adto ibutang ang budget sa lain nga project,
they will add more access road to banilad and talamban area para ma minus2x san ang traffic during construction, kapit sa patalim lang mo kita gihapon tanan unya maki nabang ani kong ma taga-an nag sulosyon na diha ang problema.........
the point here is lets consider the interest of many than those who oppose nga ma ihap lang sa tudlo....
DaDaghan solution bai. 1st step is the Flared intersection(this includes road widening), 2nd step is the proposed road from asia town to maria luisa road traversing near camp lapulapu, 3rd step is the proposed bypass road connecting quezon avenue to canduman. The flyover will cost 126M. Don' tyou think we should waste our money on a flyover or we can try a better alternative which is goog urban planning. We cannot keep on building flyovers at every intersection or else our city will be like a roller coster. Im not against the flyover perse as long as it is done right. An example of a good flyover interchange is the marcelo fernan bridge.Originally Posted by bobbyb

Ang Maria Luisa ra gyud maka-benefit ani flyover kay kang Lito O man na...and besides what more to entice a cousin some freebies & perks is to make the resident-clients have an easy & unobstructed road going to & from from Ma. Luisa Estate Park. Correct me if I'm wrong on this assumption.
If the flyover project will really push through, then so be it, and ASAP. Everybody in the Banilad, Talamban, AS Fortuna and Maria Luisa will really benefit this one. But before giving it a go, I hope they deploy enough alternate routes, different routes for that matter. The number of vehicles regularly around that area is no joke, pwerte gyud daghana.
And for those with private vehicles, kung mahimo pagcommute lang sa mo para at least maminusan ang mga sakyanan. Antos lang sa ta gamay.
@makoy: sakto jud ka brod the number of private vehicles almost in 70%, pila gud diha kab-ok mga subdivisions and schools,
kani jud mga datu permi lang magpa bintiha... na-a man daghan kwarta gud...
@yokam: That's absolutely right. The problem with owning a car is you become so attached to it that you are afraid to get out of your new-found comfort zone. PUJs have been there since after the war & it's the transportation for the majority, a given. Then here comes the private car competing space on the road with this bad-mannered PUJ drivers & you have bedlam! Just 2-3 days a week lang for the duration of this Ban-Tal problem, you could save money to buy gas for yourself, you help save the govt importing those fuels in dollars, you minimize pollution on the street and the in the air & you could exercise your leg muscles improving your health & your sense of balance.
mag bisekleta nalang uban...mas ma ayo pa...
