PAGIBIG Payment in Cebu, No Record Shown

Hello,

I just have a quick question sa mga naa housing loan oustide Cebu area. After 2 years of paying sa developer, sa PAGIBIG naman mag pay dba?

On this case, payment goes to PAGIBIG Cebu (over the counter), but after 15months of paying, wla daw record ang PAGIBIG on any of these transaction. Unfortunately, wala'y na keep ni isang receipt ang client due to being immature and irresponsible - lesson learned.

BUT...

How is that possible na wla record ang PAGIBIG, eh nagbayad man?

I just want to know if naa na pud naka experience ani? And how was it resolved?

sa pag-ibig mo directly ni bayad sa ila branch? or didto mo ni bayad sa developer unya cla lang mo bayad sa pag-ibig? kay if sa pag-ibig mo ni bayad directly naa gyud na cla record kay makita man na sa computer every-time mo bayad ka.
