The truth leyte relief operations is just very slow. Southern leyte is not affected. The governor of leyte did not prepared will enough. Look at the governor of cebu after typhoon hit north he then send military and police for rescue hours after the weather clears. Why was he able to do it and leyte governor dis not? Its because he prepared for the worst and hope for the best. He gathers troops from areas that are not affected and deployed them for clearing and rescue.

But the governor in leyte did not do his part. He didnt send additional troops from other parts of leyte to the norther affected areas. This is were the slowness started. If he have done that then relief operations would be faster.

Also leyte has so many access points they can use to transport relief goods and other things. Why are they just using the airports? If roads are not accessible by trucks then whg not walk it. I'm sure many will help

hey man, i have nothing against americans or other foreigners for this matter,. in fact we owe them big time esp the americans, not just now but also through our history.. although im against those people, notwithstanding their nationality, who try and degrade us like we are this big stupid disorganized race, you can always agree with what they are saying all you want but actually this will affect you also because other peoples throughout the world will have this stereotypical impression on us all that we are clumsy, stupid, disorganized, less educated, and some even call us monkeys, i dont know about you but that is just plain bad.. we are only adding insult to injury here if we keep on bashing our own race,. we are as you say we are because of this "kani gyung mga Pinoy" mentality.. you dont know it but its not only our government that you are putting a shame of, but also our country, our race, and yourself..
