Something tells me you have no knowledge about conducting relief operations OR Disaster management. Both of which prioritizes TIME.

Something tells me you have no knowledge how hard it is to pack goods and meet the 20,000 packs/day as quota to deliver to the needy.. this alone takes a lot of time and manpower to achieve..

If not for cooper basin maabtan pa ug next week ning mga buaya nato.

Ug imong tan awn.. Majority of the help initiated are coming from international volunteers ug private sectors.. Ang goberno "like a boss" lang ang dating
bay wala pa kaayoy nangabot even international volunteers because of logistics, and how hard it is to reach the areas considering nga naay looting and all, ang media ra ang mkauna sa mga suok3 kay wala mana silay dala nga goods, dili mana sila i loot ngadto that's why.. and you dont even have the slightest idea sa mga gipangdala ngadto right now.

actually, I do. Saying they need 5 days to PLAN their approach for their relief is, how should i put it, nonsensical. Packing of goods should be a proactive activity, not something you do AFTER the typhoon has passed. The president even declared the government is READY. Ready to what? Ready to pack goods after the typhoon? Ready to plan for 5 days after Yolanda exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility? Everybody already knew what was coming. Everybody knew the record-breaking attributes of this "Perfect Storm". Why the hell was there no contingency plan?

Dick Cooper is labeled as a dick in the States, with all his subjective reports of their government and now here.. it's not really helping, pun-an pa nga abibahan nato.. let's not point fingers on who's to blame, there is nobody to blame but Yolanda.. supportaan lang nato ang atong nasod in any way we can in this time of crisis
Really? Really? Ad hominems are the best you can do against someone reporting the truth? Someone who's actually on the ground in Leyte? FYI, BBC, NBC and other international networks are seeing the same thing, no real organized effort to provide relief.
