"There were a lot of Germans at Lufthansa. There were also lots of trailer trucks! We thought it was for Lufthansa, but turns out it was for Tacloban! They're volunteers of Lufthansa Germany. They're here to personally give help to the victims in Tacloban. But they've been stuck in LTP 'hangar' because the Philippine Customs won't disperse them unless they pay the taxes. That's the problem of them Germans! Do you understand? They're going to donate but they're being required to pay taxes. I feel sorry for other countries who want to donate!"

This all makes sense to me kay kadaghang mga foreign and domestic entities na nagtabang and naa sad mga ganahan mutabang ug distribute and daghang mga donations, mahibung ko why naa pa gihapon mga balita na naa daw gihapon mga taw wa pa kahatagi ug relief goods...

What we really need to do is verify this claim from news sites coz if stuff like this happens it's always gonna hit the major news networks because news like this sells.
Here's a statement from Customs with details -- Now, can anyone bring up a news source/site that supports the claims above?
