Whoever referred me, thank you very much. I just wanted to know about the pioneering account? And Jane told me that it's a dayshift position with a 21k basic salary. By dayshift, what does she mean by that? Can I start in the afternoon? And what KIND of account is this? Voice? Chat? DSL account? mobile?
