I don't understand your justification regarding the friggin lawyer's road rage and act of violence towards an elderly. geez! he's a ****in lawyer to begin with! As to prosecuting someone of an assault, the plaintiff must make an argument that he was trying to diffuse the situation (calming him down or simply walking away), but "base on the video" he was clearly feeding the fire by shoving the phone and that's why the assault happened.

You should look at the situation on both sides fairly but if you really want to defend the driver, that's your prerogative. Enjoy watching your anti-rich themed telenovela!
