The person who should be upholding the law was the one breaking it!

facts: 2 men argue about a traffic dispute
younger man makes a punching bag out of the old guy
younger man is a lawyer and a son of a congressman
    lawyers uphold the law
    this lawyer broke it

so why the hell do you keep on yapping about telonovela shit? What happened was in real life.

I guess you should stop watching too much telenovelas..
The man shoved the phone from King George's hand - so he got what he wanted for escalating the situation. You should try to look on both sides instead of making judgement based on the contrast of the status of two parties.

Base on the video 2 way ang road why get out of the vehicle and start a berserk conversation?

Why you base your ideas on telenovela series? some of them are even based on fictions and director's imagination.
"Base on the video", manong driver provoked King George to punch him Marquez-style when he shoved the phone. That's enough evidence to the court that the King was provoked to commit the assault. As to prosecuting someone of an assault, the plaintiff must make an argument that he was trying to diffuse the situation (calming him down or simply walking away), but "base on the video" he was clearly feeding the fire by shoving the phone and that's why the assault happened.

You should look at the situation on both sides fairly but if you really want to defend the driver, that's your prerogative. Enjoy watching your anti-rich themed telenovela!

Oh King LeBron, I really find most of your idiotic remarks on this forum even on the Basketball section very amusing. Keep up the good job, buddy!
