let's appreciate their effort na lang of at least coming up with this bill.

It's still very useless if it's not implemented. Mas maayong wala na lang balaod kung di man lang ipatuman. It's very useless.

but nevertheless, better nalang pud nga naay balaod kaysa sa wala.

This is a sound of passiveness. Things will never change and will never get better if modawat lang ta kung unsay ihatag sa atoa.

this boils down to poverty issue...the law is in place ...what is lacking is implementation...ngano?...

majority of the govenment personnel na mo-implement this law has a poverty problem personnaly in
their family...therefore, the result is corruption, `the law is for those who has`... priority of most people
now prefer to have foods & shelter first in their family before anything else...

majority of people in the foreign land such as jap & us has a minimal problem about poverty,
therefore, law is a law, `no one is above the law`.

if all those government law should be religiuosly implemented and poverty problem be address well,

our country is a great place in live in...

Let me add attitude in this one. Many Filipinos don't really know the value of hard and smart work, and always want the easy way out. IMO, the lack of principle makes many Filipinos corrupt, gusto lang gyud sayon pirmi ang tanan

Sir, you sound very idealistic. What we meant is for "philippine standards" maayo na lang nag buhat sila ug balaod kaysa wala. At least nagpakabana sila BISAN GAMAY. "Mas maayo wala na lang balaod kung dili ipatuman?" hmmn... if you are going to get my point of view then mas maayo na lang naa na ang balaod daan in kaso man gani ilang ipatuman.

If you raise your expectations in that country, you'll end up frustrated and disgusted. Now if you really want that law implemented, WHAT ARE OR CAN YOU DO ABOUT IT PERSONALLY?

Sometimes being practical is better than being idealistic. Otherwise, you will just lie be the NPA in disgust or put up and NGO or Foundation to do something about the problem. Or we just talk about it here in Istorya. Take your pick! So don't be too passionate about it.

What i mean here is lawmakers make laws..Law enforcers must enforce the law..how about ordinary citizens?We will just suffer for the consequences because thse laws were not properly implemnted?What if kung ako ang modakop ning makita nako nga nilapas sa balaod?dili ka ko ma disgrasya o madaut?Its just simple..People elected these lawmaker;Lawmakers +law enforcemnt=Happy nation.
