i dont like to recommend odesk, freelancer or other common freelance site... beside that im totally banned in odesk on hacking their site and taking all of my contacts outside, i dont like how things going on in there...

you need to study this following:javascript,html,php,ajax,css etc and you must have strong determination to fullfill this kind of thing

just a curious question lang... ganahan paba mo if i strict nila sa BIR ang monitoring sa mga online freelance?
AFAIK there is a BIR order regarding taxing all freelance and professional people... coz freelance falls in professional category... one of the reason i stop freelance...

Ayaw kahadlok ana for now "salbahis". Nagbayad gihapon ta ug tax ang freelance, homebased, and any other IT related freelancing through sa pagkaon nga gipamalit ug uban pa nga atong gibayran with VAT na etc.. Don't take it seriously tingali kay sila gani wala magseryoso sa atong tax. Just my opinion though.

I think you need dyud experiences and portfolios TS, experience nako as an ELP(employee leasing programme) kai ang client is thousands of miles away,,, they wanna be confident in the money they shell out, because of that, they need to know if we are worth it or not. Meaning, sa amo company, dili ko madawat ani na rank/designation if dili ko ka pasar sa company standards and client standards,,, client man ang final say gud... mura ra gihapon og freelance style, client needs to know you are worth it.

TS try odesk, or elance. Pero start from a low price jud ka ana going up. Make portfolio jud ka ana TS. Ako wala kaayo portfolio nag lisod tawn ko pangita mga client hayzzz..
