@Synthetic: join our FB page naa man did2 ang sked sa mga events. Usually sa Parkmall, sa bench/garden in between City Sports and HSBC near Ayala, and sa Abellana.

Also when training for parkour you should play around your environment, make conditioning and flow/movement into one.
