Wala... by law, not payin yur isnt a criminal offense...
Bouncin checks are no longer criminal... Unless estafa is involved...

So credit cards, po cards, or watever cards wont land u in jail...
However, once black listed, with the technology today, very hard to erase a red flag...
Take care of yur names... Anybody can google you...

bai, tinuod ba daw nga after 3 or 5 years kay mapapas na daw imo name sa ilahang blacklist database?

im not sure ani. sa bank hinoon ma erase imong name sa naay utang pero sa (Negative Data Base)NDB murag dili.
