exactly! that is why dick's 'no list, no relief goods' is counter productive to what PRC (not PNRC, fyi) stands for according to a leader of a private group who was there during the confrontation of dick and mayor evasco.

I think sakto jud na tanan inyong perception about Red Cross but I think applicable kaayo na in situations like Flash Flood, or sunog or other kinds of Disaster nga gamay ra ang dili apektado. It works well to just distribute to the refugees in a center without having to coordinate with local government unit because time is the enemy in that case and almost everyone in the site/area would look to be affected.
adto ra gud mo sa Tubigon, or maybe we just came to the area nga gamay ra ang apektado..and it did not look right nga gipanghakot sa mga wala naapektahan ang mga relief goods. again, I was there and I saw it. kung di mo mutoo wa tay mahems. I am basing my assessment from what I saw so akoa sad na. I think I have some level of logic man sad tingay to make this assessment, d sad tingay ko ana ka bugiks to identify opportunities for improvement. try to rationalize what Ive written about what I witnessed and be open to opinions. I understand what you guys are saying, Red Cross is an Insitution that has been there forever, but that doesn't mean theyre already perfect and that their system is already everything that we need. Maybe a little adjustment to the situation or flexibility to the call of the situation. I am not talking as the expert here and I did not present myself as one from the start.

I don't want to argue, Im only stating what I think my organization needs if naa pa mi next time and I have to say, I will stick to our plan of coordinating with the LGU. We are a small organization who just wants to maximize the potential of the help we can provide kay sayang ang among tabang kung mapaingon ras mga oportunista sad. Rest assured we will be vigilant and keen with the actions of the LGU and will not allow them to take advantage.

dinhi ra ko taman ug daghang salamat sa pagtagad.

para nako daku kaayo ug deperensya kining duha:

    1. coordinate with LGU and helping hand in hand with releasing relief goods.
    2. give the relief goods to LGU and let them release it at their own accord.

correct me if i'm wrong pero mura'g ang giinsist ni mayor ang no. 2 man. so unsa man ang angayan buhaton?

Very foolish for a politician to attempt to interfere with the Red Cross. Bohol isn't Somalia... step aside and allow them to do their job as virtually every other nation does. Politicking is unacceptable in these circumstances.

Mao ni nakabahog tiktik... ok ra unta motabang pagpahiluna... ni insist man jud diay si Mayor nga sila ang mohandle sa distribution...

MARIBOJOC, Bohol—Insisting that the municipality should handle the distribution of relief to earthquake survivors, Mayor Leoncio Evasco Jr. has told volunteers of the Philippine Red Cross to leave after they refused to hand over their items.
