OT: It is interesting to see how the TS slowly became the bad guy in this thread. He has a point but it looks like he has been overriden.

It is also interesting how the overriding was done. First, he is being called out for being a "coward" because he is airing his grief here, not to the "organizer" or the "city government". And people are actually daring him to do just that. Think about it just a little bit and obvious conclusions come to light.

Second, people are also throwing tomatoes (so to speak) at TS while hiding behind the "permit" defense. Hmmm, I guess, as long as we have the right permits...

i think there's no problem airing someone's grief here but his words are just too harsh...and when you think that the cause was an organized activity to which we know that they have the 'permit' to do such act, well, the TS could have just let it pass.

same reaction was also noted at a thread created by the TS 2 years ago --- again against big bikers.

arent you wondering about the TS?

---i didnt call the TS coward but since the issue is about an organized activity then the best way to air one's problem is to let the organizer know the issue and maybe they can do it better the next time.

Good on you if you can let such things pass, @Devian. Clearly this forum is peopled with person much better at handling unreasonable inconveniences that benefit the few better than TS.

I mean, we ARE Filipinos. We should be used to having to bend over backwards for people hogging public roads for "annual" events and carrying valid "permits"!

TS should do the proper thing as a Filipino and swallow his indignation, keep it to himself, you know? Live up to his birth right of being subservient!

Unless of course he can secure the right permits!

i do share TS frustrations on the road but for me it's not a priority and not worth fighting for.

Hmmmm... Wala koy facebook and I don't have any plans on creating and waste my time just for this. And I have aired it over to the other forum on which I am sure the organizers and members of this club is frequenting. So.... Whatever.... Now they know... if they don't know it already. Pero I think they do know and they just don't care. For an organized event it is very disorganized. The proper way would be to use less congested roads at off-peak hours.

It's funny that they compare their activity sa paghatod sa patay. Really I mean I do get iritated but what can you do? It's a tradition. Pero if you want to be tolerated the same way.... Sige kamatay mo then you can parade your bikes all you want.

@binarypill As much as a hindrance to progress that mentality you are imparting, that's what I did when I let them pass but don't I have the right to air my reaction? Giving way and shutting up are 2 different things.

anyway on topic anhi jud nmo makitan unsa ka lahi sa desiplina sa isa country.. dinhi kung naa mn jud event na ing ana its either they are accompanied by a police escort or they do the parade but still follow road rules so they will not hinder other people but then again pinas man, people will have to bend to the way other people want them although this go both ways kay naa sd uban driver mo busina lng jud sa nag parade kay na hasol cya.. di na lng sd jud ka huwat lol. na anad na lng jud ta og mga ing ani
