What makes you quit from your previous job?

boring, monotonous and routinary .. not much mental stimulation.. lolz!

I weighed down my options:
The good in staying:
- secure job (sinaligan man ko kay kaila ra)
- low, but sure income.
The bad in staying:
- i cannot show my full potential kay naay isa ka tao nga head nako nga dili jud mu tudlo nako. i.control jud ka. i.limit btaw ka. hadlok ma pulihan. Thus my growth is stunt.
- everyday problems are the same. No improvements cuz traditional insik akong amo nia gahi kaayo.
- health is starting to get affected. getting sick and stressed frequently.
- not happy anymore

The big decision to resign
- greener pastures.
Sometimes you won't find this better pastures immediately, but atleast it's better than getting stuck in a rut and doing nothing. Yes it is a risk, but a risk that I'm willing to take.

Sayang sad kay mao to ako dream job... Bahala gamay sweldo pero your living your dream.. Nice pero daghang pa lusot nga mapugos ka ug Angkon sa Dili nimo sayop just to protect their customers... But I had fun... And besides reality always is a major issue... And that is sweldo... Mao na maskin boring, maskin Binata... Sometimes maka question ka nga is this life... Mo mata ug sayo.. Motrabaho ug dugay pero ang kiat gamay... It really sucks... Labi na mo.abot ka sa point na even gadgets won't do you any good... Ganahan gani ko mo drive ug taxi.. Hehehe... Maau na kay lain lain ug batasan imong masugatan.... At the same time soroy..

wala jud koy pagmahay nga ni resign ko sa akong mga employer before kay if la pa ko ni resign wala koy makat-onan bag-o sa akong kinabuhi..hehehe

Nya kung mo try kag reason out nga "Ay mam, pwede dli lang kay naa man gud koy importante lakaw unta?" Tubagon rakag "Mam di to hangyo. Mag 16 hours jud ka ron. Kung di ka mo duty AWOL ka." wew. Or kung OFF nimo, in the middle sa imong laag2x tawagan or texan rakag kalit, "Mam duty ka ron Night (10pm-6am). Nya same thing kung di ka mo sugot, i-AWOL ka nila. Which is 3 days suspension ang parusa.)

4. Pirti ka batig batasan sa mga admin atong hospitala pod. (Usa ka admin staff gi ingnan ang usa ka janitress nga nang limpyo sa sawg ug sa walls "Day tang-tanga na imong make-up kay wa kay angay. Imong sweldo nahurot ra ana imong make up.") Imagine? Mag buot ba?

Bahalag "swerte" na unta kunohay ko ato kay I worked as a Staff nurse ug pila ka nurses ron way trabaho nga nangandoy maka trabahog hospital but di nako antoson oy! Kung ingon ana ang pamaagi sa hospital bahala uroy. Di jud ko mag antos. Keber! Hehe. No wonder pirme sila understaff kay every now and then daghan mang resign and mang awol. Murag call center didto, AWOL ang uso. Kay di kaantos. Secret nlng name sa hospital. Hehe
