    with the current prices krun sa mga condo dha cebu sure ko overpriced kasagaran dha..naa nana cla contingency daan..3 k condo building akoa na project dha nya grabe kaau nka value engineering pra mka save gyud ug taman..tubong lugaw n mga developer
