Booking With Agoda. (help with cancellation policy)

Ang sitwasyon:
Ni book mi ug hotel for December. Ang description before we booked it kay "FREE CANCELLATION: We don't charge you a cancellation fee if cancelled before December 16, 2013"

Now, kita man mi ug hotel na mas barato.. So I decided to cancel this booking.

Okay na ang cancellation but they sent me this.
