For situations like these, please contact I.R.O right away and not the city pound. They are serious and passionate about their jobs. So mas tarungon nag atiman ug investigate. I've witnessed and have been supporting their organization for quite some time now.

ka-luoy sad ani oi! mag sakit man gani ako dughan na dili maka-eat ako mga dogs 2-3x a day! kana na ba kaha na every other 3 days lang hatagan..
