You can't have knowledge if you don't know how to understand things imparted to you.
yes i agree with the TS that an encounter does lead to further understanding.
but we have to use our wisdom and knowledge to protect ourselves and the people around us from harmful encounters.
example would be not judging others by the way they look for they might have a good heart
while at the same time being vigilant. for it is also possible that their looks might serve their attitude well. hehe
i believe the two should go hand in hand.
