    Hopefully SC will declare PDAF and DAP as unconstitutional. If not, we will support this initiative and give the headache to COMELEC.

    During a people’s initiative, which requires at least three percent of the registered voters in each congressional district and 10 percent of the whole population, it is the Comelec that validates the signatures of petitioners.
