They will either advice you to bring it to a service center or someone from service center mo anha sa inyo house. Kun dalhon nimo sa service center, pabuhati ug technical report then ang copy i-forward (scan) i-forward sa samsung support. Wait sa ila advice.
In my case, mas dali ang pagpawarranty kun dretso sa ila technical support (website) kaysa moagi pa sa service center.
Out of the 4 items nga ako gipawarranty, 3 items ang na FULL REFUND.
