In short, kayod mi, gahago mi sa among mga items dili parehas sa private server na dawat limpyo, walay challenge, para ras mga tamad.

    Hawa na lang kay di ganahan sa rules? Naa ba gud sa rules nila ang favoritism ug racism? Dili ang game akong gi-complain. Ang GM mismo. Sorry ha. Di man gud ko parehas nimo na kay abi man wala nay mabuhat, wala na lang sad gyu'y buhaton. I am a type of person who seeks ways to resolve an issue as best as I could. I want to teach that person a lesson. Mao bitaw dili tanang Pinoy muasenso kay kung hopeless na gani ang situation, give up dayon ang i-solution. Pathetic.

    I made this thread to get "useful" inputs, not discouragement.



    There are 2 named RF USA man gd. RF Online USA by GamesCampus and PlayRF USA (private).

    Unya, I really don't think alot of people here nga naka-experience same sa imuha ug I bet daghan kaayong tawo ang dili ganahan mu-go sa process ani, kung naa gani sila dili ganahan, quit dayon. There's no point para nila in playing the game kung dili na makahatag ug lingaw. Playing/buying the thing you hate is only for comic book people, so kudos to you. I myself plays on a sub based game unya kung naa sila gamay tweaks nga buhaton, I complain then if dili jud gani, aw I let my sub do the talking. Naay kausa nihangyo ko ug request sa item restoration kay sa lack of knowledge nako sa item ug I usually ask a CS for name release.

    There are a lot of games who have sucky CS pero in this case, the best bet to do is file a report to the company head or basin sa CS ra japun ni mapunta imo ticket. I hope he's the only jerkhead in the team.

    It's RF Online USA by GC. Di man ko muwatse ug time mag QQ kung private server akong giduwaan kay I know it's useless and sa pagkangan pa lang na private server, dili sya angay ikahibong kung ngano crappy ang customer service. Nakafile naman akong migo sa certain board sa California who handles issues like these. Nahan lang ta ko makakuha ug other ways to make sure that person really gets a slap in the face kay aside from delaying the prizes, iyang gi-ban ang main character sa akong friend for reasons we don't know yet. Nya ni-reply sya na MAS i-delay pa niya ang insertion sa prizes kay pissed daw sya sa gibuhat sa akong migo. LOL

    It's a crappy game in terms of management and customer service but the game itself is what keeps me playing it. That's why I wanna support my friend in taking action. Basin diay naay makabasa ani na makatabang or give a piece of advice about how to deal with such cyber bullies.

    Btw, I played this game once. Kaila ka aning Acc named 'WalayKaligo'? LOL

    Posting on the gen forums? LOL It's useless. FB post lang gani grabe na sila kasensitive, like calling a simple query as harassment unsa pa kahag forums na sila mismo ang nagrun. Basin samotan nila ang unnecessary and unruly consequence sa akong team ug sa akong migo if I do so. Diri na lang. Basin naa diay makahelp.

    if e-mailing support staff or making a discussion on their forums doesn't work, then I don't know what else will. It's useless to report an abusive GM when the administrators themselves are siding with the GM.

    the best advise I can give is to stop giving them your money.
