This is a reminder to those who are planning to get a unit in URBAN HOMES TIPOLO. If you want a good investment then do not attempt or buy from DECA HOMES. From our personal experience here are some reasons:

*before we decided to get a unit, we asked them regarding amenities, cable connection, telephone lines & water system. Their reply was - for amenities: that it be available for use within the next 4-5 months; for cable & telephone connections - that they are still on bidding process with the perspective company; for water system - that its MCWD but not really! We moved in around last week of feb 2013, yet until now we dont hve anything as what they hve told us.

*Condo fee is 1000/month which is too expensive for an 80 unit bldg. That would mean that maintenance, janitorial services, security, amenities and electricity would cost as much us 80,000 per month for a very 1 small bldg without an elevator, of which amenities are not even yet built!

*in-house water supply often gets interrupted from time to time because they dont hve the automatic regulator

*bldg 14 fire exit is not usable, its either to small or difficult to use

*visible cracks on the building itself are very prominent after the earthquake

*you wont get any assistance from the company after any emergencies
