clinically speaking, my doc told me to use cotton undies (like grannys) so that we could prevent uti, eerr, give the labia a place to breathe so to speak, silk increases the germs down there. so if im just at home, iwear granny. but if im out, i wear tbak (especially if jeans) or bikini.

well in terms of material of course cotton for everyday wear. and just because its just cotton it doens't mean it will look like your grandma's underwear. there are alot of cotton undies that are cute and sexy like victoria secret (specially their "pink" collection). lace are also sexy but i save that for some "special" occasion in terms of style, i like low-rise, string bikini and boyleg. thongs or T-backs are the most uncomforable underwear in my own opinion. I hate it!
