One thing to ponder also are WITNESSES .

- WHy would prominent , influential , wealthy people are supposedly more reliable than the ordinary , ultimo , criminal people like RUSIA ? What if he was really telling the truth and of course the " friends " of Paco just wants to save him from being convicted and sentenced etc .

- If PACO was POTTERBOY ( example ra brod ha ) do you think that the running priest , the Gallego's , friends from Cebu that went to Manila with Potterboy kuno , etc will surface out ? Lets think about it .... in the case of POTTERBOY , most likely not because he lacks the resources of the supposedly PROMINENT , INFLUENTIAL , WEALTHY people who are " friends " will not end up a very controversial case that some concludes it a FRAMED UP ?? Like I said , case close in less than a week . If I am a judge I rather spend a lot of time in MUNTINLUPA where there are a lot of INMATES who are real victims of FRAME UP .

i don't think so. i kinda see him in school during his highschool days. he was 5 or 6 years ahead of me.. poor Paco for disecrating his name. but if you ask me i think he's guilty.

but let the evidences do the talking and the courts do the deciding.

When Jong² Aznar allegedly hurled a grenade at the Talisay Cemetery during All Soul's day & a lot of people & I mean a lot testified that they positively identified Jong². Jong²'s alibi was that he was in Leyte at that time & there were witnesses for him. Basically, the case revolved around that. In short, I believe that case was dismissed because the judge did not find it as beyond reasonable doubt.

Would you not consider the judge corrupt?

i have personally started this thread since a friend of mine shared this website to me. reading the site is convincing.. especially if you dont know these people.

the chiong 7 said they dont know each other? what the **** i personally saw these group in our school then at 5-6pm they'd go to orange brutus in mango to tambay there. and i would say, they know each other.. diha palang namakak na sila how much more on other issues??

Paco...is GUILTY! I agree with what most people in this thread are saying and so does the courts. He deserves to rot in jail for the rest of his miserable life.
