If they were really sincere in wanting to distribute it, how come they made farmers wait for decades?
How come they allowed too much blood to be spilled over the matter?

Naa koy opinion bahin aning delay sa FOI Bill:


Ang reason ngano wala pani gi deemed urgent ni Pnoy kay nig 2016 pani niya i push through pag ayo. It will be at the height of the election campaign nga iya ning i-approve. This is a tactic ni Pnoy for a sure seat para sa iyang manok nga sumusunod na Presidente. With some powerful officials jailed along the way and the approval of the FOI Bill, people will be very ecstatic. The soon-to-be ally President with FOI law as his weapon then convictions against these corrupt officials will be high.

Ug naka remember mo last week about sa statement ni Belmonte about sa FOI Bill, he said in 2016 ma approve na daw and even the Senate will be surprised daw. But who knows? Hope for the best.

Decade? Remember Pnoy became President on 2010. If its blame game then blame the previous Administrations for the delay. Like I said its only in these times naay justice nakuha. Ug dili ni credit ni Pnoy asa man nato ni ihatag ang credit?
