CHR should set their priorities straight and interview the women who were molested and raped while being held captive.Commission on Human Rights (CHR) Commissioner Jose Manuel Mamauag confirmed that some MNLF fighters did complain they were beaten by soldiers.
"Sinasabi nila at time of (their) actual arrest, they were hit...and assaulted by military troops. Binugbog sila, sinuntok," Mamauag told ANC. He said their team in Zamboanga City interviewed some of the MNLF rebels.
