Say for example the House Representatives. They are selected people who are in power and have the capability of proposing bills to reduce the poverty and hunger in the country. No matter where you are in the Philippines, it is impossible to ignore that we're on this crisis ever since. Would you still think it is not a crime or a sin not do anything most especially for your people who suffer and die of hunger everyday? Even if changing the course of their destiny is just within your grasp? Basically, it's like you've ceased their chances of living in doing nothing.

From the Bible, what they are doing OR not doing is basically Wrong and does Not adhere to what Jesus teach us. But to Judge them if they have Sinned - Its between Them and God.
