    hmmm. well, take my piece of advice
    im a friend of neigborhood

    better don't take any medicine
    do manage your time in a normal way
    eat veggies or proper balance diet,
    proper sleep & proper exercise
    if your body used to it already
    for sure you have a long good night sleep

    simply it will do
    i assure you
