1.
Accounting/Billing Clerk (Reliever)
- Female, Single or Married and must be between 22- 30 years old;
- BS Accountancy graduate/ BS Management Accounting course or related 4- year course;
- Computer literate;
- Excellent Analytical Skills & keen to details;
- Minimum of one (1) year work experience in related field;
- Well versed in all phases of Accounting;
- Flexible & willing to work long hours when necessary;
- Knowledge/Exposure in an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company is a plus.
2.
Sales and Operations Manager
- Male / Female, 35 – 45 years old, Single or Married
- Graduate of any 4-5- yr course, but BS Customs Administration Graduate and/or Masteral Degree is an advantage;
- Should have a minimum experience of 5 to 10 years as Sales & Operations Manager in an International Freight Forwarding Company (exposed to Air & Sea Exportation and Importation/Warehouse)
- Must have knowledge in Customs & PEZA processing.
- Proficient in both Written and Oral English, and Japanese Language is an asset;
- Must be Knowledgeable in Windows Applications/ Excellent Computer Skills;
- Knowledge and exposure in ISO 9001:2008 & 5S System, a plus;
- A team member and possess an excellent leadership, negotiation & presentation skills.
3.
IMPORT SUPERVISOR
DUIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for leading the team to achieve their team’s goal as well as the corporate goals
- Does planning and forecasting for the team’s performance in achieving their goal
- Sees to it that the team works in harmony, promotes cooperation among the team members
- Responsible for disseminating information to the team members
- Performs all other tasks required by the GM and the AGM
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Single or Married and must be between 25-35 years old;
- Graduate of any 4-5- yr course but BS Customs Administration Graduate is an advantage;
- Should have a minimum experience of one (1) year as Supervisor in an International Freight Forwarding
Company (exposed to Air & Sea Exportation and Importation/Warehouse),
or as a Team Leader in a
Manufacturing Company or in a Logistics/Distribution Company
- Must have knowledge in PEZA processing.
- Proficient in both Written and Oral English Language;
- Must be Knowledgeable in Windows Applications/ Excellent Computer Skills;
- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2008 & 5S, a plus;
- A team member and possess an excellent leadership & presentation skills.
4.
CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK
- Male/Female, Single or Married and must be between, 22-30 years old;
- Any 4-year course, but BS Customs Administration graduate is an advantage;
- Minimum experience of six (6) months work experience in freight forwarding company;
- For Male - Can drive 4-w vehicle , possess a driver’s license with 1, 2, 3 restriction codes,
and experience in operating a forklift is an advantage;
- Flexible and must be willing to work long hours when necessary;
- Proficient in both written and oral English communication;
- Must be knowledgeable in Windows applications;
- Knowledge in ISO 9001: 2008, 5S and Health & Safety, a plus.
5.
WAREHOUSE CLERK
- Male, Single or Married and must be between 22-30 years old;
- Can drive 4-w vehicle & possess a valid Driver’s license with 1, 2, 3 restriction codes, an asset
- Any 4–yr course, but BS Customs Administration graduate is an advantage;
- Minimum of one year work experience in a FREIGHT FORWARDING COMPANY
- Flexible and must be willing to work long hours when necessary;
- Proficient in both Written and Oral English communication
- Must be knowledgeable in Windows Applications, any WMS inventory software (SAP/AS400)
- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2008, 5S and Health & Safety, a plus.
