If backpackers style, naay daghan sa Kuta accomodations.

Only thing is Kuta is overrated.
    - A lot of tourists stay here as it's the center of the nightlife in Bali. Its also the ground zero of the Bali bombings
    - The beach here is not that good
    - Overcrowded, lots of hecklers and annoying vendors
    - Home to Bali's gangs
    - Narrow roads and traffic is terrible

If you want relaxation. Stay in Nusa Dua. A lot of the big name resorts are located in this area. Beach is good and atmosphere is laid back.
A lot of the resorts here will make our own Shangri-la and Plantation Bay pale in comparison.

If you will be going this June expect traffic to be a nightmare. They are rushing infra projects to be in time for the ASEAN summit this October. A lot of roads are closed.

ask lang ko for those nga nakaadto na, pilay total budget per person including airfare, accommodation and pocket money? my family plans to go there next year, good for 3 days...

    Depends ra giyud.

The bulk of the expenses are in the airfare and accomodations. Land transportation and food (if fastfood) in Bali is relatively cheap.

Don't know if naa ba promo from Cebu to Bali kay I'm not sure if naa direct flight.
You have to transit in Manila, or HK, or SG. In my case I overnighted in HK both ways via Cathay connect as I hate a layover in Manila.
Accomodations could range from as low as 3k php to 30k php.
If you opt to stay in resorts (w/ beach, pool, etc) it starts at around 6k php.
