In his letter he had the audacity to use the term "AMATEUR PHOTOGRAPHER". If tarong siya nga tao and nag MASTERS SA POL SCI SA UP he should have known nga ang meaning sa AMATEUR is someone who does something, or engages in an activity without any payment/receiving any compensation, pero klaro kaayo sa tirada pangwarta og pasikat ang tumong. He even removed watermarks nga lisod kaayo tang-tangon!!! Well he got what he wished for, A CLAIM TO FAME but a DUBIOUS one that is. UP should reprimand this criminal!
