    I work in Japan now as a permanent employee of an IT company.
    Working here is quite difficult, you should be very good in Nihongo.
    My bosses are quite strict, it isn't enough that you are able to string
    Nihongo words together, your grammar and choice of words should be correct..

    me too I also work there for 5 years grabeh ka workaholic ang mga hapon I remember one of my japanese co-worker there he nags alot while working but after sa trabhu super ka friendly ingana sila ka profisional kaya nila iseparate ang trabahu sa personal..Ang dili gyd ganahan nako sa ilaha system is kanang service overtime amoa duty is till 5pm ra unta pero usually mahuman mi ug 7 or 8pm without overtime pay...super ka kapoy gyd mo trabhu ddto pero ok man pod ilaha sweldo.If sa kunsomo atoa storyahan kaya raman pod sa bulsa kong mgtinipid sakto naman 20,000 yen/month per pax equal to 9,000php sa atoa medyo mahal gyd ang apartment ddto.

    5 yrs nako diri japan pero di japun ko kabalo mag Nihonggo. ako Japanese listening ug speaking kay kutob ra jud survival level.
    thankful ko sa past 5 years daghan nako napundar. basta work lang jud samtang naay opportunity then live below your means kay wa ta kabalo kung ma renew pa ang visa.

    I do not think kaya ang 20k yen per month if you count other bills like insurance, phone and internet and other utilities. I spend 15k on bills alone monthly lol. 20k on food alone is an overkill too, unless you live far from the city or you skip a meal once a day.

    if mag luto lang ka sa balay 20K on food alone kay dako na(btw, I live in the city). ako kay mag luto ko ug sud-an nga good for 2 days. ang uban baonon sa office. sa bills kay tipid pud like dugay na nako gipa cut-off ako phone. gamit ra ko pocket wifi (para sa iphone ug laptop).anyway ako ma save per month is 60% of my salary. I really live below my means.
