    sakto c crashburn, sit ups only strengthens your muscles, abs doesnt come out if your tummy is covered with fats.

    sit ups doesnt really increase your tummy unless if you put weights while doing situps,,,it only strengthens the muscle, just decrease on your carbs and more protein, then do cardio.

    the best way to get rid of fat is low carb diet and do cardio exercises, remember nga the last part nga dugay ma wala ang tambok kana naka store dapit sa imo tiyan, so og mu ingon ka dili ka tambok pero dako imu tiyan, natural lang na kay anha jud na i store ang fat sa ato lawas, og ma nubra na jud mao na na mo abot sa ato bukton, paa og nawng :mrgreen:

    These exercises are great for anyone who wants to flatten the tummy. You may want to begin with the head lifts, and after doing 10 lifts comfortably at a time, proceed to the shoulder lifts and then eventually the curl-ups.

    Head Lifts

    Lie on your back with your arms at your side. Bend your knees and keep your feet are flat on the floor. Inhale and relax your abdomen. Exhale slowly as you lift your head. Inhale as you lower your head.
