i think what the TS is trying to tell is that the price might be correct for the $649.99 and its true that it is non contract with any carrier,means like prepaid but the sad part is that it is only based on the place where that certain amount is labeled...in short due to taxes here in our country TS might be telling the right price as of the new model i5s....just my two cents though....
