But seriously, how much power does the judicial branch have in terms of money? Hahahahahahaha. Man the hypocrisy of the yellow people really amuses me.

On the part of going there, does that make him any better when he showed up compared to member of the executive and legislative who has much more power in terms of funding?

It was not stupid on his part because whatever happens he was no longer in government he was already a private person. He can already live in peace and enjoy what is left of his life.

As for his case? Nah, they can try but they won't get that far. It's about putting it in place and just using it against him when they have too but they really don't have anything solid against him. Heck, even PGMA who is a bigger fish has not yet been convicted.

C'mon if you really work in politics or tried campaigning or using propaganda against your political opponent, YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THAT.

Of course, being privy to campaign managers and political strategists who are actually very close to me does help. but in your case, hahahahahahaha.
Ok let's start with the JDF. Ang issue dinhi like the pork barrel is the power of discretion, and that is common in the 3 branches of govt and mao gyud na ang principle sa checks and balances. DILI ISSUE KUNG PILA ANG MADAWAT NGA BUDGET! ANG ISSUE ANG DISCRETION!

Second, nganong naabot man ka ni Davide? Did I say that only Corona has JDF and other CJ's have none Basaha usab akong comment!!! So now you're calling me yellow hypocrite KUNG MU CRITICIZE KO SA ACTIONS NI CORONA SA RALLY AND IF MAG REMIND LANG KO SA MGA TAO DINHI THAT A CJ HAS DISCRETIONARY FUNDS SIMILAR TO PORK BARREL, NOW YOU'RE GOING TO LABEL ME A YELLOW HYPOCRITE HILASA GUD NIMO!! SI KINSA BA KA?

I don't care how close you are to political campaigners, managers, etc.. I must admit mas taas gyud imong ihi dinhi.

Its not like its used to pay off people other than expenses of the judiciary branch, not like that of the president's pork barrel, which he can use to whatever he desires.
I agree and you just reinforced the principle of checks and balances in the 3 interdependent branches of government. If you can only understand and fully grasp the concept of PDAF and JDF then focus on the discretionary part, then you will see they are almost the same. Both can be used for good or as a conduit for corruption.

Not so fast dude.. The "other personalities" that you were referring to (ie.. Atienza, et al) was inside a covered building. They did not make epal or raised their fists at the center of Luneta Park unlike the former CJ. And you mentioned "celebrities", who are they and why should they deserve the same treatment with an impeached CJ?

I brought up CJ davide because the case filed against him regarding the JDF was also about how it is spent... hence DISCRETION. The same principle can be applied to CJ corona. Heck there were two cases filed against Davide but they did not prosper.

Where are the other cases pending against him? They did not bring it up eh? What happened? How long would I have to wait until they actually work on the case? CGMA, where are the cases against her? I've been waiting but still... nothing.

Ampatuan? Where? I thought they were going to hasten the filing and closure of cases as promised by Pnoy... where?

The judicial department actually makes grease money not from the JDF since it's too small, they make money by accepting bribes from the parties to a case. Notice that there are no cameras installed in the court rooms, this is where the exchange takes place between a bagman of the judge and the bagman of one of the parties. Estelito Mendoza is known for this, carrying travelling bags put in strollers and going inside court rooms. Hahahahaha.

Are those personalities still in public office? If not then that's pretty normal on their part, otherwise it is pretty risky and stupid.

They would ask their advisers what to do in these things. Don't be too quick to make judgements and sweeping statements.
