HIRING TODAY:

Remote Destop Support

1-3 years experience in Desktop user support.
1-3 years experience with PC operating systems including Windows XP and Windows 7.
Experience with Networking Principles, Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP), Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN)

IT Security Analyst

Minimum of 2-3 years in Active Directory, risk process assessment and IT security or audit;
Resource will be responsible in audit of local laptops, policy exception management and security awareness and conduct relating training.

IT Systems Support Analyst

Hands-on experience with application systems management, including File Transfer Protocol (FTP) Windows scripting (Batch, Perl and Powershell), writing and using SQL queries (T-SQL);

Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Account)



Responsibilities for this position are to:

Provide excellent customer service
Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
Respond to complex customer calls
Resolve customer service inquiries which could include but not limited to:
outbound calls to patients
setting of appointment/schedules
Customer material requests
Physician assignments
Explanation of Benefits (EOB)



Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ year of experience handing customer service calls in a BPO environment
Experience handling a health care account is preferred but not required
College Graduate of any 4-year course, graduate of BS Nursing is an advantage
Moderate proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone
Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
