    Default is it ok to lift weights at about 8pm in the night


    busy sa trabaho so 8pm nako maka lift ug weights,. is there any side effects on this,.,.

    bro ingon ana sad ko, night ko maka gym2x, ang ako ra namatikdan, active kaau ang lawas labi na ug dugay ka maka tulog..then luya kaau ka inig abot sa hapon..permi ko dukaon sa office inig ka hapon na..pero buntag hangtud udto. active2x pa.

    Ig human workout nimu, kaun ug healty or naa ba ky take supplements nga while nag relax imung muscles 2-3 hrs, sakto2x ma digest na imung gikaun pwede naka matug. Katong nakuha nimu sa imung gikaun ug gi take, mao to'y mutabang repair sa imung muscles... Next workout nimu, laen na sd nga routines buhata laen na sad nga muscles tirahi.. ayaw balik-balika...alternate lang.

    mas ok nuon gabii ky rest drtso aftr work.out...recover daun muscle.

    tig workout ko mga ingon ani nga orasa sa una did2 sa metrosports. okay ra man wa man kaayo ill effect

    Basta dli lng ka makatulog enig bench press nimu

    ok rman siguro bro basta di lang palabi ug pakapoy, sakto2 lng gud.

    ako usahay sad mga 8pm na, 3 sets rman composed of 3 pud ka exercise

    tig workout ko usahay ani nga time...ok raman mas maayo pa weights imo alsahon kaysa botelya
